BACK PAIN

I have a very bad back pain  now after I got an accident. I can't hold my son longer now due to my back is killing me. Hopefully it will be better after more therapy I have to undergo in another month.

Hopefully in time soon my pain in my back will get better. It's hard for me to carry heavy stuff now  due to this pain. I guess! when you get older you will get this but I think it was triggered by that accident.
